Dear Customer,

We routinely carry out maintenance on our network and core infrastructure to support continued resiliency, reliability, security and scalability.
As part of this planned maintenance, we will be carrying out work on elements of our core hosting infrastructure. The activity has been designed to avoid customer service impact, with workloads being moved away from the affected hosts before the physical maintenance takes place.

Maintenance window: 18:00 - 23:59
Services affected: Inbound and Outbound Calls, PBX Portals

Expected impact:
Your services should remain fully usable throughout the maintenance window. However, the mitigation work itself does carry a very low level of risk, and there is a small possibility that an interruption to the listed services could be experienced during the window.
Our engineers will monitor services throughout the maintenance period and will complete post-maintenance checks once the work has been completed.
