We routinely need to carry out maintenance work on our network. This work is required in order to improve our network infrastructure and ensure continued high levels of resiliency, reliability, security and scalability.

Network maintenance will be carried out on Sunday 18th January 2026, between 19:00 – 21:00 (GMT)

Services at risk: Inbound calls, Outbound calls, PBX services

Impact: Services are expected to remain fully operational throughout the maintenance window. However, this work carries a low risk, and there is a possibility of intermittent disruption to the services listed above.

Please note that this maintenance will affect only a small subset of our customer base, all of whom have been notified directly. If you are unsure whether your services may be impacted, please contact our support team for confirmation.
